As Kırıktaş Ambalaj, we follow modern technological developments in the food packaging production sector in which we operate, keep communication and education at the forefront in order to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing hygienic conditions at every stage of production, and provide information about food safety to the public, consumers and suppliers. to transmit and/or request this information, to offer quality and hygienic products; In this regard, we undertake to comply with the legal regulations, the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000 standards, to continuously improve its effectiveness and to ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To determine the physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, to take them under control, and to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE POLICY
It is not allowed to enter the production areas without a protective apron or cap. No jewelry may be used while working in production areas.
Aprons should be clean and bonnets should be used to cover ears and hair completely. The cleaning of the aprons is provided by the applications carried out by our company.
SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY
Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited in our production and storage areas and locker rooms.
Warning signs are hung where they can be seen. It is ensured that visitors and subcontractors comply with this rule.
ENTRY POLICY TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas by wearing special aprons and bonnets and subjecting them to a visitor control checklist.
FOREIGN MATTER POLICY
In our production areas, glass, breakable plastic materials, wood and wire materials have been removed from use in order to prevent foreign materials that may cause physical contamination. Existing glass and breakable plastic materials, metal equipment are under protection. Special blades are used when it is necessary to use them and they are checked regularly.
STAFF’S HEALTH CONTROLS POLICY
Periodic health examinations of the personnel are carried out. In cases of infectious disease, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, it is removed from the production area by the production manager and sent to health control.
